Meatloaf is a delicious American food that I learnt how to make from my mother-in-law. Not only is it easy to make, it is also good to use as planned leftovers. You can use leftover meatloaf for hot meatloaf sandwiches with gravy or just eat it cold. You can also make big batch of meatloaf and freeze some for later.
